Each machine has outputs with warning lights (Green, Yellow, Red) showing the operating status. These machines operating independently and separately. Customers want build a system can connect the whole machine to be able to manage, monitor centralized. Beside, operational data are collected can be used to calculate performance metrics, downtime to improvement effective of maintenance and decision support.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-437 size-full\" title=\"Overview layout for andon system at Power Cables Factory\" src=\"https:\/\/avani.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/so-do-thiet-bi-andon.jpg\" alt=\"Overview layout for andon system at Power Cables Factory\" width=\"800\" height=\"759\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Avani&#8217;s solution consists of the following components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The terminal equipment are attached to every machine, collect signals of operating status from tower lights.<\/li>\n<li>All of terminal equipment are connect together, transmit the signal to the Converter. The converter will receive the signal, converting it into a signal transmitted to the server.<\/li>\n<li>Andon software collects information, stores them for reporting analysis<\/li>\n<li>Smart TVs screen is hung in the main lobby and Maintenance department. Screen show operation status as real layout of machinery in real time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon completion of the deployment, the <a href=\"https:\/\/avani.vn\/en\/giam-sat-san-xuat-voi-andon-mang-lai-hieu-qua-nhu-nao\/\">system <\/a>performs real-time centralized monitoring, which alerts and responds to problems, reduces downtime and improves maintenance efficiency.
