Implement the andon and product counting system at Ansell Vina

By the end of 2017, Avani and SagoStar will launch a andon and product counting solution at its Ansell Vietnam factory with 1,000 terminals for the two plants. The solution is put into operation and continues to expand to new workshops in 2018 with a total volume of 2,000 points.

Ansell is the world’s leading provider of protection solutions. Ansell designs, manufactures and supplies protection products for both industrial and residential uses such as gloves, arm guard, protective clothing and condoms. In Vietnam, Ansell Vina was started in 2007 in Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province. Ansell Vina manufactures concentrated labor safety gloves under the HyFlex brand with a scale of more than 2,000 looms and about 500 workers.

In addition, direct reading from the weaving machine counts the finished product at each machine, instantaneously updates the output information about the software as well as displays on the LCD display in the area, workshops.

All solutions are deployed on wireless infrastructure (Wi-Fi) to make the construction work faster, secure and maintenance activities are better supported.
