• Collect input data:

The collector records centrally and aggregates data automatically, the data is transmitted to the system via a wireless network (usually LAN, wifi…). Besides, it will store a copy at the device to check and compare when needed.

• Storage and absolute security:

The system uses a cloud storage platform, data will be encrypted before providing remote access accounts via the internet or intranet. The equipment in the system will also be encrypted to ensure the safety of the factory’s production information.

• Data analysis and visualization:

Recorded data is visualized with tables and graphs. The data displayed in real time helps to monitor the operating status of the machine tools continuously. • Make reports and create alerts:

The data will be aggregated into groups and separate categories to easily produce analytical reports by hour, day, month, and year.
